Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and outer packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our specialists verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
